Leading the way, Running all the way and Platinum packages will all include a free ‘discovery call’ which will enable me to gain a good understanding of what your goals are, what your struggles are, a good idea of your current situation and most importantly to make sure I am the right person to be able to help you. You will also be left with a handy E-pack of useful information to see you through any future 'recessions' or bumps in the road you might face.

Paving the way

Sleep training can start from 18 weeks of age- however before that I can offer my ‘Paving the way’ package, where we can discuss realistic expectations from your newborn.

This will give you the knowledge around little ones sleep, discuss appropriate sleep/wake schedules, go over foundations and helpful habits to introduce post sleep training that will pave the path for them being able to sleep through when they’re old enough!

Are you looking for a general chat about your little one’s sleep? Well this might be the option for you...

An in depth 60 minute F2F online consultation, where we can discuss any aspect of your little ones sleep or struggles faced, discussing different methods for self-settling, whilst getting to know the science behind sleep- a chance to see how their sleep needs will progress and change over time as they grow. A one stop shop the get some knowledge behind you leaving you confident to tackle nights.
